Shipping within Egypt

MOMO delivers to addresses across Egypt. Orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days from the moment your order is confirmed.

Shipping cost

Shipping is a flat 100 EGP per order, anywhere in Egypt. Orders over 2,000 EGP ship free.

Order processing

Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment or order confirmation. Business days are Sunday to Thursday; orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery address

Please check your phone number and full address at checkout, including floor, apartment and any landmark that helps the courier. If a delivery cannot be completed because the address or phone number is incorrect, the order may be returned to us and re-shipped at your cost.

Delayed or failed delivery

If your order has not arrived within the 2 to 5 business day window, contact us at info@momoonline.co with your order number and we will follow it up with the courier.
