Overview

This website is operated by MOMO. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to MOMO. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Online store terms

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, and you must not transmit any worms, viruses or code of a destructive nature. A breach of these terms will result in immediate termination of your access.

Products and pricing

We aim to describe our products and their specifications accurately. Prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product and to refuse any order.

Orders and payment

We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, for example where stock is unavailable or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid.

Shipping

Orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days. Shipping is a flat 100 EGP and free on orders over 2,000 EGP. Full details are in our Shipping policy.

Returns and exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Full terms are in our Refund policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and product photography, is owned by MOMO or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

Our products are intended for normal consumer use. We are not liable for damage resulting from misuse, incorrect installation or use with incompatible devices.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
